Declan is a Boomer/ Jaycie son owned by Ellen and Ray Meyer of Stone Mountain, Ga. He is Boomer's ninth champion and Jaycie's third, bringing both of them close to their national stud dog and brood bitch awards. He will be shown as a Specials dog in the Atlanta Specialty this year.
